Once the goods are despatched they are "deemed to be delivered" and Avre Skin Care cannot be held liable for goods lost and stolen in transit!
We will always endeavour to track and find lost parcels.
Where we give the "client" the benefits of the doubt on missing and lost parcels, Avre will replace the lost items at Avre's own discretion, based on the context of merit. |

Shipping from depots "Shipping from" location varies dependent at the time of order on stock and availability relative to each shipping area being able to fulfill the order timeously. Should a close proximity shipping region not have stock of an item at the time of order then the order will be despatched immediately from another location without additional shipping costs being levied to the customer. |
